1. Employees are potentially overexposed to dust from grinding dental pieces. The ventilation system is not capable of removing the dust and employees are not wearing respiratory protection. 2. Employees inhale toxic chemicals used in close quarters and ventilation is not sufficient to remove the toxic chemicals from the work environment. 3. There have been multiple and repeated COVID-19 outbreaks at the establishment. Coworkers who are infected, unvaccinated coworkers who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, and all coworkers with COVID-19 symptoms are not instructed to stay home from work are potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. Coworkers do not wear masks in indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission, such as Allegheny County, potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2.
