(1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that employee who have tested positive are not required to isolate for at least 10 days, and workers in close contact with positive cases are not required to quarantine. Additionally, it was reported that employees have not received training related to COVID-19, health screening procedures are not effective, mask use is not required in all indoor spaces, and disinfection practices are inadequate.
