Employee has not been feeling well, tested positive for COVID-19 and is still symptomatic. Employee is fully vaccinated and the HR Department advised employee to continue to come to work and wear a mask. The department is not recommending the employee to quarantine or stay home because they are sick. The TN Dept. of Health indicated the employee needs to quarantine at least 10 days or until symptom free.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
