Employees are not provided with the same make and model of respirators as on their fit-test records. Employees are re-using disposable masks for days at a time, contrary to current CDC guidelines. Contrary to 1910.134. 2.) Employees are potentially exposed to communicable diseases such as SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus due to lack of personal protective equipment. Employees are not provided with adequate supplies of protective equipment such as disposable gowns while providing care on the assisted living floors.
