Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has failed to provide a safe and healthful work environment for their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic by not implementing precautions such as but not limited to enforcement of mask wear by employees, conducting training without providing social distancing and not providing a means to sanitize equipment or workspaces.
