Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented workplace precautions such as but not limited to cleaning, disinfecting and social distancing. It was further reported that proper use of face masks in not enforced in the workplace in accordance with CDC guidelines.
