1. Social distancing guidance is not required to be followed by employees or by patients in waiting areas. Some employees work within one foot of each other and share desks throughout their 8-12 hours work day. 2. Employees exposed to COVID-19 by coworkers are not notified by the employer that they have been exposed in the workplace. They have found out about exposures from employees directly. There has been confirmed COVID-19 cases amongst employees. 3. Employees that have been informed of COVID-19 exposure from coworkers or other contacts outside of work have been advised by management to not be tested, nor have they been required to quarantine for the safety of other employees in the workplace.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 35
