Employees are exposed to the following hazard. 1. Not notifying employees about others contracting Covid-19, exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. Response: At the time of the inspection, no conditions were observed in violation of any OSHA standard. 2. Falling merchandise, exposing employees to a struck by, and caught in between hazard. Response: At the time of the inspection the employer failed to keep aisles and passageways clear, and with no obstruction in aisles that could create a hazard. OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.176(a). 3. Not enforcing six foot social distancing/perimeters during COVID-19, exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. Response: At the time of the inspection, no conditions were observed in violation of any OSHA standard. 4. Forklift concerns with safely driving and training classes, thereby exposing employees to a struck by, and caught in between hazard. Response: At the time of the inspection no conditions were observed in violation of any OSHA standard.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 100
