The employer does not ensure that all employees wear a face mask/covering continuously throughout their entire work shift. The employer does not ensure that all employees are informed when other employees are confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that employees exposed to a known COVID positive employee quarantine at home for the time period recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure that social distancing is practiced as recommended by the CDC. The employer does not ensure the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive.
