The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employee and visitor temperature and assessing symptoms prior to entering the workplace 2. Providing facemasks and enforcing their use for all employees and visitors where appropriate 3. Increasing air exchange in the buildings 4. Increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces 5. Enforcing social distancing requirements. 5. Informing employees when co-workers have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 6. Performed deep cleaning in facility areas where SARS-CoV-2 positive employees recently worked or visited.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
