Employees are at risk of exposure to health hazards from COVID-19, several employees have tested positive for COVID-19: 1. The employer failed to properly disinfect facilities according to CDC guidelines after becoming aware of employees who tested positive COVID-19 in bank branches and on a daily basis. 2. The company did not ensure that employees who were exposed to persons who tested positive for COVID-19, were informed and required to quarantine according to the CDC guidance. 3. The employer did not ensure social distancing, designed to reduce the transmission of illness between employees, are followed whenever possible. 4.
