1. Workers are frequently not wearing masks in their departments, or have them pulled down to talk or otherwise in their departments. 2.They are also frequently not worn covering the nose. This is multiple employees. 3. This is a threat to all employees as well as customers, especially people with auto immune issues or other at-risk groups who do not have the vaccine. 4. This has been going on for a long time now (since before the vaccine was availible at all, if not longer), but I only recently learned I could report it. 5. I do not personally have any evidence at this time besides my own eyewitness accounts. 6. Management also takes part in this risk (at least the in-store management) so I have not tried reporting anything to them or anyone higher up in the company.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-27
