1. Within the last week, positive COVID-19 cases among employees have grown from 6 to 10 employees. 2. There has been no enhanced sanitizing or disinfecting in response to the outbreak among employees, even as some employees leave their shift early as they start showing symptoms while working. 3. Management does not notify employees when a fellow employee tests positive, nor do they notify employees who may have had close contact with the positive employee.
