The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Additionally, there are no partitions between the employees and the public while partaking in table games. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces.
