1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum six (6) feet of separation between employees and the public. The manager of the store was observed hugging customers inside the workplace and was potentially exposed to COVID-19 hazards. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The manager of the store was observed removing his mask to speak with customers and was potentially exposed to COVID-19 hazards. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintain a minimum six (6) feet of separation between employees. Employees in the workplace do not maintain 6-feet of social distance when in the workplace potentially exposing one another to COVID-19 hazards.
