The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Clipboards and pens are not being sanitized between patient and employee use. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. The waiting room area is not arranged properly for employees and patients to practice social distancing; about 25 people were forced to sit directly next to each other in the waiting room area.
