1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The doctor does not wear a mask at all times inside the facility and will ask patient's if it is ok if he removes his mask. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces. The employer keeps too many people in the lobby. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use.
