T8CCR 3203(a) - The entire hospital is out of surgical masks as of 9/23/2020. T8CCR 3203(a) - There is no enforcement of social distancing or access control into the ICU employee break room. Employees cannot dine in the cafeteria so they come into ICU break room. T8CCR 3203(a) - The hospital does not provide disinfecting wipes. Employees are provided with disinfectant sprays but are not trained on proper use and method to disinfect surfaces. T8CCR 5194(h) - The hospital did not provide information on the efficiency of the spray disinfectant on the novel corona virus. T8CCR 3203(a) - Employees are not notified of patients that are COVID-19 positive. Three days ago, a patient was not screened, employees found out when the patient disclosed their condition. T8CCR 3203(a) - Training for COVID-19 precaution and exposure prevention is inadequate.
