T8CCR 5144- Stopped providing N95s for Paint Department and Wood Department about 3 months ago. T8CCR 3203/5144- Employer only providing 1 N95/week when COVID-19 first started. T8CCR 5144/4324- Wood dust in area employees wore full face respirators, but employer ran out of filters. 3380- Employer was providing masks and filters prior to March: but than shortage hit with COVID; employees still required to work without PPE. Painters: no longer providing body covering. T8CCR 3328- Gas leak never fixed at oven in Manufacturer Dept.: oven is used for powder coating.
