If you tell them who told you, I will be fired. in my company the distance standard of 6 feet is not enforced daily. We are working in cramped conditions. In order to increase production, owners recently took chairs away. We have elder workers and workers with injuries that have trouble standing for 8 hours. I have worked at the company for 7 months and took the job because it was easy and I could sit down if I chose to. The most recent diagnosis was last Thursday 12/31/2020. I contacted the manager by text, she asked who told me, I said I heard. She did not respond. An injury occurred a month ago where a woman fell in the stairwell and was made to sign something in order to return. I overheard the manager say that off the woman didn't sign, she couldn't return.
