T8CCR§3203(a) There are no protective measures against CoViD-19. Customers are not screened before they come in to the store. There was one customer who came in twice saying they were SARS-CoV-2 positive and were not asked to leave. The store is operating at 100% capacity when it should be operating at 50%. The hand-sanitizer containers are all empty. There is no hand-sanitizzer in the break room. Customers use the employee restrooms.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 20
