T8CCR 3380(f), 5144 & 5199 In the cardiac telemetry unit, P2 rotating into isolation stepdown unit, and P3 dedicated to COVID-19 patients. Nurses are not provided with gowns and have been using trash bags as makeshift gowns because the employees have not been provided proper gowns. N95 respirators are not readily available for nursing staff and the nurses have to use the same N95 respirator for seven days of 12 hour shifts. Employer will only replace the respirators when they become soiled or damaged.
