T8 CCR § 3205(c)(6) - Employees tested positive for COVID-19 and Employer not enforcing physical distancing protocol in the workplace. Employees concerned with potential exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. 3. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(7) - Employer not enforcing face coverings mandate in the workplace. No posting about wearing mask or doing 6-foot distancing. 4. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(A) - No Plexiglass separating employees in the workstations. 5.
