1. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(2) and § 3205(c)(3) - There is COVID-19 outbreak in the workplace with 20 positive cases in December so far. Employer failed to section off, quarantine and deep clean certain areas/rooms within the fab where infected employees work. Employer moved employees from non-infected work areas to COVID-19 exposed areas to cover work of employees who tested positive. Employer not controlling and forcing gatherings in smock room or inside the fab. One way direction on stairs not enforced. 2. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(7) - Employer not enforcing facial coverings in the workplace. Some employees not wearing masks over nose and mouth, and wearing eye protection above head.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
