The employer failed to ensure that suitable facilities for flushing the eyes with clean water are conspicuously and readily accessible when the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious or corrosive materials. There are no eye wash facilities available on the jobsite. T8 CCR 1512(f) 2. The employer failed to ensure that face coverings are worn by employees over the nose and mouth when indoors, when outdoors and less than six feet away from another person.
