The employer failed to evaluate and implement measures to maximize the quantity of outside air provided to the extent feasible and increase filtration efficiency in the Oakland ABSD Print Shop to protect employees against the hazard posed by COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E)&(c)(8)(B) 2. The employer failed to implement effective cleaning and disinfecting procedures for high touch surfaces such as door handles, keypads, and shared office equipment. Additionally, the employer failed to clean and disinfect areas, material, and equipment used by a COVID-19 case in the Oakland ABSD Print Shop. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) 3. The employer failed to ensure that all employees in the Oakland ABSD Print Shop are separated from other persons by at least six feet, except where an employer can demonstrate that six feet of separation is not possible, and except for momentary exposure while persons are in movement.
