1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards regarding COVID-19. It was reported that the employer does not provide employees with appropriate sanitizing chemicals and protective equipment when working in potentially infected areas. Additionally, it was reported that the employer does not ensure the workplaces that the employees must clean are following appropriate COVID-19 guidelines. For example, it was alleged that a customer on Arapahoe St. does not require employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 to isolate for 10 days, nor do they perform pre-work health screenings, which could expose CCS employees to the virus.
