1 Covid 19 Protocol is not being followed. All three shifts are being allowed to cross paths (no social distancing rules followed). 2 There is never enough PPE for the staff. Masks are rarely worn. 3 There are present and recently past members of the staff that are out because of testing positive. Staff who feel sick are being written up for attendance.
