1. In the last 2-3 days, at least four employees have confirmed of testing positive for COVID-19. As of yet, the store management or corporate has not mentioned anything about any employees being exposed or testing positive. 2. Also, aside from the regular cleaning protocol at the end of the shift they have not done extra cleaning as far as deep cleaning or even closing due to multiple cases (especially with management knowing of the cases among employees and have not formally informed anyone else.).Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-13
