1 Canton Center Animal Hospital had 4 COVID positive cases within one week (first confirmed March 29th and the rest confirmed throughout that week. Management did not inform workers who had been in close contact with the individuals and did not instruct anyone to get COVID testing done. 2 The building in incredibly small and everyone works in very close proximity to each other for up to 11 hours a day. 3 Employees not provided COVID training or information on screening requirements in a timely manner. 4 COVID protocols were not followed by management which puts the staff at great risk by remaining open and not properly contact tracing and notifying workers.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-13
