1 Within the past week several residents have tested positive for COVID-19 and no additional precautions have been taken to protect the other residents and the employees. 2 The facility has not been cleaned 3 Management still will not implement remote work, proper distancing and requires in person meetings with residents, even those who have tested positive and are sick 4 Only recently were employees given hazmat type suits 5 Management has no plan of how to handle the outbreak and protect everyone. There is no COVID playbook for employees to understand what should be done in a situation such as this. 6 On Thursday, they tested employees who wanted to get tested but did not send the tests out until Saturday so employees are still waiting to see what the results are.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-12
