1. Employees do not wear masks in the workplace at all unless face to face with customers. 2. There have been multiple confirmed positive cases of covid, and these cases are not willingly brought to the attention of the rest of the employees. The individuals that say they have been exposed are encouraged by the owners to continue to come to work and go into customers houses still. This has exposed at least 20 people, caused 4 confirmed cases, one of which is an 8 months pregnant woman. 3. There is no social distancing happening. 4. People are coming to work with symptoms and not being told to go home or get tested, causing more exposure. 5.
