1. Poor COVID procedures for cleaning that is not followed during high call volume times and not properly cleaning highly used surfaces. 2. Not enforcing mask use. Wearing masks is looked down upon and there are no social distancing rules in place. 3. Not allowing remote work. 4. Not informing employees of COVID positive cases and not allowing proper quarantine times when exposed. Asking staff to come into the office as long as they don't feel sick. 5.
