1. There is no sanitation or disinfection of any surfaces being done, even after multiple confirmed positive tests. 2. Proper quarantine protocols are not being followed per the CDC, in the event of a suspected positive person, employees are mandated to get a rapid COVID test and allowed to return if it is negative, instead of quarantining for 10 to 14 days. 3.
