The company is not taking the safety of all employees serious when it comes to the prevention of the COVID-19 Virus. The company has procedures in place but are not enforcing them: 1. There is currently no pre-screening of employees prior to the arrival to work. 2. They do not enforce the face mask mandate that has been required by the MDHHS. 3. Visitors are not screened prior to entering the facility/ 4. Employees that have gotten tested for COVID, are still allowed to come to work pending results, some have tested positive after working, exposing employees in the plant.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
