1. In the production area there has been no one wearing face coverings. No temperatures have been checked and there has been no forms to fill out. Employees working within 6 feet of each other on a regular basis and no PPE is required or made mandatory. On a regular basis we have to work within two to three feet of each other and still no face coverings are being worn or even suggested. 2. Several people have been confirmed with COVID 19 and been placed in quarantine. 3. There have been several non employee visitors come into the production area without face coverings who had had COVID 19. 4.
