1. Not enforcing proper mask use of employees and customers: wearing below nose, same reusable single layer masks day after day. 2. Not doing increased cleaning listed in Covid-19 Preparedness and Response. 3. Not wearing gloves as stated in Covid-19 Preparedness and Response. 4. No fixed sneeze guard at reception window into lobby where customers frequently enter without masks putting receptionist at risk for exposure.
