1. An employee had come into work with symptoms of Covid-19 and had tested positive. Later in the week another 8 coworkers had tested positive. 2. While there has been sanitizing and spraying done within the facility since the positive cases, there is a lax environment of mask wearing, such as wearing them under the nose.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
