1. Employees do not have partitions to separate their cubicles, and it does not appear all seating arrangements are at least six (6) feet apart. 2. On February 26, 2021, one of their members tested positive for COVID-19. Most of the employees have been exposed by working in the office, and some not wearing masks. 3. Employees have not been quarantined for the incubation period, and they have not had the office cleaned. 4. They are told to report to work as usual, but some are capable to work from home, as they have before. 5. There are 12 employees in the office. Everyone does not always wear a mask. There have been times that occupants of the conference room are not wearing masks, lunching, meeting. 6. It is not safe.
