1. There are at least two union employees currently out due to COVID-19 illness. Both worked while infected. 2. No one has notified any of their co-workers of the outbreak or advised them to obtain testing. 3. Employees have meetings together prior to starting work. These meetings are longer than 15 minutes. 4. Employees also utilize the same restrooms (in some cases they are very small & impossible to be 6 ft apart) and also utilize the same supply/storage closets.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-11
