1. Platinum and Noir (High Rollers) Guests have a special entry point onto the gaming area. They are able to by-pass Covid procedures for Casino Entry. 2. The Casino Entry has no signage or markers for social distancing. There are times when guests are on top of each other. Security nor Management advise guests to social distance. 3. Allowing Environmental Services employees to take 'Early Outs' and end their shift early or when working with a reduced staff due to not bringing back full cleaning staff, impacts the ability of the shortened staff to do heightened cleaning & disinfecting of the casino. There was no one cleaning or disinfecting at all in the employee areas at the back of the house. There were entire gaming areas with no one cleaning or disinfecting. There are less people cleaning now than before COVID. 4. Staff are being told to clean their areas in the back of the house so cleaning attendants can focus on guest areas, but cleaning in these areas are not being done such as employee restrooms and employee lounge area not being cleaned/disinfected for a long period of time. 5. Guests do not wear face masks or wear them incorrectly. Management and security don't walk the floor to assess and don't say anything to guests who aren't wearing masks. 6. Zone 4 guest male/female restrooms (Only restrooms on Casino Floor) all social distancing signs/markers removed. All sinks functioning & signs removed from above sinks advising closed. Every other sink was not disabled to allow social distancing. 7. Guest sitting at Gaming Tables surrounded by plexiglass not wearing masks or covering noses. Nothing is being said to them because they are protected by plexiglass.
