1. Team Mental Health allows it's staff to service clients who have substance abuse and mental health issues, without proper protection in office spaces. 2. Clients are able to enter various parts of the organization without protective masks and gear. Staff are subjected to working with 2 ft of clients without protective shields separating the client from staff. 3. On Monday, December 14, 2020, a client informed staff that a client at the Mack location tested positive and subsequently exposed several people to COVID 19 and no email to memo has been shared.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
