1. There is no ventilation system. It's just a small fan on the side of the building that does not remove any of the air out of the shop. 2. Employees have to weld galvanized steel on occasion and are around harmful fumes and chemicals. 3. When employees have to weld on galvanized steel the fan is shut off and the bay doors are closed. 4. Employees have improper PPE. The respirators they use are meant for painting so they have to breathe all the harmful chemicals and weld fumes within the shop. Many employees feel sick when this happens. 5. The PPE supplied is only gloves and glasses. 6. There are improper tools and unsafe tooling for their jobs. 7. There is no antibacterial soap or any soap. 8. There are no paper towels. 9. There is often no toilet paper. 10. There is no hand sanitizer. 11. Employees report that they have COVID-19 symptoms and aren't told to get tested and have to come to work no matter what. 12. The break room is filthy.
