1. The masks and PPE, cleaning supplies are not being handed out or made readily available to any of the hundreds of employees who are on the floor always within 6 feet of one another. 2. Employees have to supply their own masks. If they do not have a mask they are written up or subject to termination. 3. They are doing orientation for up to 50 people at a time in the lunch room while employees are eating lunch and unable to wear masks. 4. It's very cramped in the lunch room during lunch hour. 5. There have been positive cases of COVID 19 identified here however that information was hidden from all people working in the area of the contamination.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-15
