1. No compliance with COVID regulations for employees: a. No masks b. No tests c. No questions d. No sanitizer e. No cleaning 2. An employee contracted COVID and no one was notified for 3 weeks. Just before the employee came back to work an email went out stating they tested positive for COVID. 3. Several other front office employees were told to stay home and get tested but no one ever notified the other employees of the hazard. 4. Half of the employees in the shop do not wear a mask. 5.
