1. Company is not following social distancing measures, and not enforcing the six-foot distance and mask rule. 2. There have been employees that contracted COVID and that information was not shared with any of the employees that work at AQL and they were in contact with them. Therefore, they did not take the proper protocols of cleaning the plant and having all employees to quarantine. 3. They withheld information until one of their employees became ill, and the employee thought they had contracted COVID from another employee, and they reached out to HR with this information. They finally shared the information about the three other employees who were diagnosed with COVID, before this employee, at a meeting on August 5th. 4. They smoke inside the building. 5.
