1. Employees, including management, are not wearing their face masks, approximately 90% of employees. 2. Social distancing is not being enforced in any way, including extensive crowding around time clocks and when employees are leaving the building. 3. Recently, approximately over 50 employees were gathered in a 20/20 space near the security desk with no face masks in.
