12001 Farmington Road, Livonia, 48150 Michigan, United States

1. Employees on 1st and 2nd shift are not being informed of multiple COVID cases in the facility until they are already hours into their shift, then employees were told there were no confirmed Corona cases in the company. 2. At the same time, employees received an email from the head of HR telling them that someone had been confirmed with the corona virus and that they already had a crew starting a deep clean and that another crew would show up later. Employees received this email Wednesday at 7:54 pm, but it had been known that this worker had the corona virus since Monday. 3. After employees learned this they were told by the plant manager that if they left they would receive points towards their attendance record. 4. The firm violated state law by having a COVID-19 cleaning crew spray chemicals while employees were working without our knowledge.
