My Employer is forcing me to violate the Governor's Executive Order 2020-37. They want me to go into nursing homes to perform tasks that do not have to do directly with the healthcare of patients or other exceptions provided in the Executive Order.. These facilities all have confirmed cases of COVID-19 in them. When I expressed my concerns over the matter, I was told by HR that everyone else is doing it, and that I needed to continue business as usual. The Company manages multiple nursing home type facilities throughout the State and is clearly sending non-healthcare employees into them on a regular basis. I feel that my health and safety is at risk by being forced to perform the duties that they are asking of me. I am an IT Manager, not a healthcare worker.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-28
