They just opened the call center. This is the only call center that is not allowing employees to work from home. Employees were exposed to an employee who contracted COVID-19. Employees were only recently informed of the exposure 08/11/2020. Employees share workstations, they are not properly sanitized. The employees are not provided with the proper supplies to sanitize their workstations, cleaning supplies are not always restocked. The cubicles are wiped down with the same rag when cleaned. The employees were informed that the office has ticks 08/14/2020, no one has been at the location to spray or inspect the infestation.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-17
